Deep Skin Cleansing: Here’s How You Can Do It at Home

Asian WomanWith so many pollutants out there, deep cleansing your skin is definitely a must. There are different ways to deep cleanse your skin and pores, and today, I’ll share my personal routine with all of you.

Sauna Mask

First, I use Kedma Philippines’ Royalty Facial Sauna Mask once a week to make sure that every trace of dirt is extracted from my pores. This amazing mask has self-heating properties that can help open your pores and take all the dirt and impurities out of your skin. My skin always feels and looks glowing after using this cream, which is why I never skip on this beauty product every single week.

The cream itself is thick, but it doesn’t bother me since I only have to leave it on for a total of three minutes. Upon application, you’ll immediately feel its heat after about six seconds. What I love about this mask is that it has a combination of Dead Sea minerals and plant extracts such as the Dunaliella seaweed. These ingredients help make my skin look rejuvenated, revitalized, firmer, and younger.

Sugar Scrub

Another technique that I use is applying sugar scrub on my face every once in a while. This method is more advisable for sensitive skin, as this is all-natural. First, take two tablespoons of sugar and mix it with lemon juice (just about a half lemon) and water. Stir them all together until it becomes a thick paste. Massage it on your face for a few seconds, leave it for a few minutes, and then rinse with warm water. This method will help eliminate the dead skin cells on your skin.

Lastly, don’t forget always to wash your face at least twice a day, especially if you wear makeup daily. Use a toner that’s apt for your skin to make sure you get all the dirt out of your face. Have a great skin every day!
